Our Mission Statement
The Purpose of the Sanford Housing Authority is to provide decent, safe,
sanitary, and affordable housing to all eligible persons, and to provide
residents with the appropriate information to assist them in becoming
self sufficient and first time homeowners. In addition, we will be responsive
to the needs of all our residents by providing child care, security,
counseling, money management, homemaking, personal care and recreational
opportunities
